"I am so happy that a family member connected me to Nicole and her team. I had such a great experience. I was moving from Texas to Florida and Nicole made this process way less stressful. She answered all of my questions, was always super responsive. She kept me informed and got me under contract and closed in less than a month. Thank you!"

"Nicole went above and beyond to assist my husband and I in getting our first home. She connected us to the right people and provided assistance even after closing on the home. She was always on point and followed through on all the homes we looked at by researching all details about the home and helping us connect with a lender for pre-qualification needs. Nicole really is a complete package. I would highly recommend using her as your go-to realtor. She will help you out with literally every step and answer all questions and concerns that you have. I have not met anyone like her and would highly advise you to check her out!"

"Nicole was a blessing in our Journey to purchase our first home from beginning till the very end. She was introduced to us by a friend and he highly recommended her for her professionalism, attention to detail, and hard working nature. When we started looking at properties we soon realized why she was recommended. She made sure to give us the good but more importantly the reality of every property we visited. She does her research and makes sure you're left with the piece of mind that you made the right choice at the very end. We are so blessed to have had her on our side for this giant moment in our lives and we will forever use her for any future properties and recommend her to all of our close friends."

"Nicole helped us buy our first home. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Our seller was very difficult to work with and Nicole was invaluable in negotiating and navigating complex and unusual obstacles. We could not have done it without her. She is a 5 star Realtor."

"Nicole sold our home this past winter and we just closed on our new home, also with Nicole’s help. Her prompt, professional yet super friendly service is amazing. She always kept us in the loop, and provided helpful advice along the selling and buying journey. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking to sell or buy in the mid central to west costal areas. Thank you Nicole for guiding us through the sale of “our baby” and for helping us buy our next “happy place”. With extreme gratitude, Lola and John."

"Nicole helped us purchase an investment home close to Tampa and guided us throughout the process and after closing. Nicole is the nicest and most generous realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Being out of state, Nicole became our “eyes and ears” and has always been willing to go the extra mile, well beyond her contractual duties. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home."

"Nicole was amazing as our selling agent, always on top of everything. When we ran into hiccups with underwriting of our buyers, thus delaying our closing in WA, she was communicating with at least 3 other parties on our behalf and trying to do everything in her power to help us. Simply wonderful and went above and beyond than what we ever imagined and expected!"
